Why the title? Well, one apple has a stem and one doesn't!
I returned to the brush today after using the palette knife for a long time, I thought it might go faster?

Wonderful apples! They look so round and tasty! Fun to see you using a brush for this. Love it just as much as I love your palette knife work.
ReplyDeleteCathy your comments are always so encouraging. Thanks!
DeleteThese are beautiful apples...they actually have my mouth watering....Great job!
ReplyDeleteThank You Alice! I have always enjoyed painting apples, I think it is the red color?

ReplyDeleteThank You Meredith! I just use my I-phone, it gives me what I want, most of the time!
DeleteGreat apples! This one really caught my eye, even with just a thumbnail view.
ReplyDeleteThank You Pam! It must have been the red.
DeleteI love this. Having struggled with painting pears today, I can appreciate the skill in this piece.
ReplyDeleteMo Teeuw, Thank you! Pears can be tricky, watch out! Just kidding.
DeleteI stopped by your blog and I was completely blow away! Your paintings are lovely.
I spend a lot of time in Kent, England. I lived in Belgium for three years and would do much of my shopping in Ashford. The car was always riding low on the return trip on the ferry.
Happy Painting!
Jacklyn
