Day one of the "30 Paintings in 30 Days Challenge!"
I have my own "challenge" to learn something new and post about it during these 30 days.
Some days there will be a finished painting and on other days there will be a "lesson learned" that is good enough to share!
Can I do it? Will I do it? Stay tuned or better yet, sign up to receive updates!
looking forward to your daily posts :)
ReplyDeleteCindy, I thought your bridge was striking!
DeleteI Will be following you through Wales!
I have been on the road during the first days of the challenge, so hard to write.
Happy Painting!
Jacklyn

ReplyDeleteHello Jacklyn,
ReplyDeleteSaw your painting on Leslie's challenge.
This piece has a soft and peaceful color scheme!
See you around,

Nice and loose! I'm looking forward to following your challenge posts, Jacklyn...Have fun!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE this! I like how much information you were able to put down and still have it be so loose! Wonderful! It looks like you had some fun!
ReplyDeleteWonderful color, and great texture! Glad to see you participating, Jacklyn.
ReplyDeleteJacklyn, I took the 30 Day Painting challenge, too! I like the challenge you set for yourself and the fact that you may post something you learned. I look forward to seeing your art! This one is beautiful!
ReplyDeleteLana, Thank you for your comment. I am trying to keep the fun in the challenge this time. My thought was to break it down some and try to simplify what I am seeing.
DeleteI would have answered you sooner, but have been on the road.
Happy Painting!

Jacklyn this is wonderful. If I tried something like this, I would end up with a muddy mess. I admire your ability to work so loosly :)
ReplyDeleteSheila, Thank you for your kind comment. I am trying to work looser and that means looking at it in a different way. I'm learning everytime I paint, and trying not to make a muddy mess! :)
DeleteHappy Painting,
Jacklyn

ReplyDeleteSharon, Thanks! I'm trying not to be so tight, hope it lasts!
