Not so Still Life

I call this painting  "Not so Still Life"  because standing by a pond,  you soon start to see
how active this still place really is!

This is painted with acrylic and a palette knife on a canvas panel.
All it needs is a frame.

6x8     Acrylic on Canvas Panel

    1. Sharon L. Graves,
Thank You! Spent the day getting ready to paint, looking at photos, cropping, but nothing said paint me. I finally took down one of my older paintings and used it for inspiration.
      Thanks for being so supportive!

This is a painting of one of my other paintings, I wanted to see what acrylic would do?
I stopped by your Blog, and your handling of acrylic is exceptional!

    1. Meredith,
Thank You for your kind comment.
I think I will rework this painting in Oil? The acrylic was harder to work with than I had thought, it might be because I'm not used to it?
